How Long Does It Take for my order to be processed?
Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for your order to be processed and shipped. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost.
Is the hair processed?
Hair Perfection offers the highest grade of luxury for the lowest prices. The hair provided by our company is 100% Virgin Hair.
How many bundles do I need?
The amount of bundles you need is based on the desired volume and inches of your hair. For a full look, 2 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches require at least 3 bundles or more for a full look.
The longer the hair, the less volume received.
How long does the hair last?
This depends on how you care for your hair extensions. Most of our customers report using the hair for up to a year and a half with proper maintenance.
Gentle shampoo and light weight conditions are recommended and air dry or low heat to nourish and keep hair at its natural state to prevent from over processing and over drying hair.
Is the hair reusable?
Generally, Hair Perfection Extensions are reusable. However, this depends on you care for your hair extensions.
Can I color my extensions?
Yes. These extensions can be colored.
How do I care for my hair?
One of the main keys to keeping your Hair Perfection perfect is to have a daily brushing routine and to avoid products with drying chemicals. Remember that all Hair Perfection hair extensions are 100% Virgin Human Hair and you should treat it as much.
To protect your investment an keep your hair extensions at top quality, you should treat the hair extensions as if they were your own. You should aim to shampoo your hair at least once a week with a mild shampoo. Some of the cheapest shampoos work the best, as they are mild and have less chemicals and alcohol in them. Be sure to rinse your extensions thoroughly with lukewarm water. Be sure to ALWAYS apply conditioner to your hair after extensions after washing them. Follow this with combing through your locksmith a wide tooth comb. It is very useful to start at the bottom and work your way up. Air dry if possible.
How Do I Keep My Curls Fresh and Natural?
It’s definitely okay to use styling products but it’s best to use as less as possible. As the hair is 100% Virgin and will return to its natural state as you purchased it. We suggest using conditioner and keeping a spare bottle of water and using it to wet your hair to return the hair to its natural state for wavy and curly textures.
It is in your best interest to use sulfate-free products.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once the order is placed orders can not be changed. Be sure to look over your order thouroughally be more submitting.
